Care at Staines House is trauma-informed, rooted in Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP) and guided by PACE — Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy. Adults in the home are experienced in de-escalation, safeguarding and multi-agency working. We plan activities and routines that are predictable, nurturing and purposeful, and we review progress regularly with children, families and professionals.
